I started yesterday with a new nutrition plan. I feel great! I know this one is the one. I will post my total weight loss for the week each Sunday, but will touch base durring the week just to track how I feel!! I would love to hear from anyone else working on a weightloss or fitness program that has any advice, would like to share their wins, or just needs someone else to listen to them.
